The resort and surrounding area

Kassiopi is a bustling resort with lots to do, plenty of great bars and restaurants, but not too busy or noisy.  There's a lovely harbour, a Byzantine castle, 4 main beaches, plus many small secluded coves which are a feature of this part of Corfu.  A bus runs to and from Corfu Town several times each day and there are also regular buses to Sidari, Roda and Acharavi on the North Coast.

Venture out of Kassiopi and you will find a huge variety of landscapes, resorts and traditional villages with plenty to explore:

  • Take the bus or a boat trip to Corfu Town, with fabulous shopping, stunning Venetian architecture, bars, restaurants, museums and not one but two Venetian forts

  • Visit Koloura, Kalami, Agni, San Stefanos and many more resorts on Corfu's stunning North-East Coast

  • Step back in time in Old Perithia and Old Sinies, villages in the hills that were deserted when tourism started

  • Get back to nature in the Erimitis natural area and find Otters, Hoopoes, forest trails, inland lakes and unspoilt beaches that can only be reached by boat or on foot

  • Have a fun day in the water park (Aqualand)

  • Hire a car and tour the island - it's only 62 km (40 miles) long

  • Rent a boat from the harbour and visit nearby coves
